Yelp uses an algorithm in an attempt to separate real reviews from fake reviews. It then hides or “filters out” the reviews it thinks are fake. Unfortunately, most of our real customers are not frequent Yelp users (one of the criteria Yelp uses to filter reviews) and many of their reviews have been suppressed.
