“They put in some new insulation in my attic and in the back of our house. This was in conjunction with a state program that absorbed 75% of the cost, so it was like getting a $2400 job for $600. Across all customers who have given us feedback on Yelp! our average score is 4 stars.
Yelp uses an algorithm in an attempt to separate real reviews from fake reviews. It then hides or “filters out” the reviews it thinks are fake. Unfortunately, most of our real customers are not frequent Yelp users (one of the criteria Yelp uses to filter reviews) and many of their reviews have been suppressed.
We believe it’s important for our customers to be able to read all the reviews that have been posted about our business so we have provided a document with all the unfiltered reviews for your convenience.
